practical forums

Here you will be in the focus of interest as visitors will fully concentrate on your lecture.

Abstaining from time-consuming congress and seminar programmes Personal Moscow has the alternative approach of "practical forums". Exhibitors have the exclusive opportunity to present themselves at the "practical forums" speaking to a selected specialised clientele. You can give HR managers the informations they need for their daily work. You can invite HR managers for instance and you can exchange experiences with our products or services.

Topics of lectures at the partical forums at the Personal Moscow may include:

  • Human Resource - outsourcing made to measure
  • Payroll software for professional HR management
  • HR in SAP R/3 context
  • How to use job exchanges and employment markets
  • MBA-Programms
  • Time management and task management
  • Improvements through HR planning
  • Group outplacement
  • HR planning with HR service providers
  • How to make the right HR choice

Because the number of slots is limited and they are very much demanded by visitors and exhibitors, slots are given away on a "first come first served basis". So register now in order to address the visitors.

action-zone training

The “action-zone training” is a forum for trainers presenting extracts from their seminars and workshops in slots of 30 minutes. Contrary to a merely passive visit to the fair and the practical forums, visitors are encouraged to ‘interact’ and ‘learn’ by experience. Let visitors pass by and your audience gets involved and will be fascinated by your presentation.

About 6 - 8 trainers will present their workshops on a special section separated in two parts: the action zone with 10 chairs and one community area for customer discussions. Every trainer has two slots of 30 minutes daily to present his workshops.

Among others there may be the following subjects:

  1. Moderation methods
  2. Rhetoric
  3. Conflict training
  4. Communication training
  5. Team formation
  6. Spontaneous speeches
  7. Corporate theatre
  8. Motivation
  9. Business games
